Reality series star, Jon Gosselin just can’t get a break these days! He’s seen here playing with his dogs Shoka and Nala at his home in Reading, PA June 9, 2009.
Amidst the rumors of infidelity and everyone looking at them microscopically, he made a comment about his kids and the way the dogs have been through every experience of “kids being kids” imaginable.
Which was interpreted by some factions as animal mistreatment!
For heaven’s sake; look at those dogs! If something were being done to them that they objected to, I’m pretty sure they’d let the kids know in one way or another.
Jon’s  dogs look none the worse for wear and are always gentle with the children; it’s amazing how things can get totally blown out of proportion, isn’t it?  And insomuch as Jon and Kate are loving parents, I feel pretty sure that they supervise the dogs and kids; kids just don’t realize what they’re doing sometimes….that’s why we teach the children how to respect and care for animals, and correct them if they don’t understand!

Not even the White House can keep this big a secret!
Word leaked out yesterday about the Obama’s new pup, and the rumors have been confirmed. Portugese Water Dog, the former “Charlie” will join the Obamas in the big house!
Not only do we have a photo of the new little guy, we’ve found out his name too; Sasha and Malia have named their new puppy Bo!
Firstly, because the name of a cat their cousins have is Bo and secondly, because the nickname name of their maternal grandfather is Diddley .
Bo will make his official public debut on Tuesday.
It’s official!! Well….ALMOST.
The First Pup will definitely be a Portugese Water Dog , reportedly from the same Texas breeder who has provided pups to Senator Ted Kennedy. That sly dog! The other day he professed to know nothing about it!
The anxiously-awaited White House pet will make it’s official debut this Tuesday and will be presented to the Obamas by the Kennedys.
Not exactly a rags-to-riches, homeless- shelter- dog- to First Dog story, the 6 month old pup, named Charlie was originally sold to another party but returned to the breeder; so the poor little guy will have a good home after all! He’ll now rise to the position that very few dogs can aspire to!
He’ll also be getting a new name~ we’re excited to hear what it will be!
