This is a rare sight! Funny woman, Wanda Sykes (whose voice alone makes me chuckle) was seen in NYC on June 21st with her border terrier, Riley.
It’s ironic we saw this candid when just this month in Los Angeles Confidential magazine, the Gimmie Shelter column featured Wanda and talked about her various roles with animals including her hilarious voice over as Stella the skunk in Over the Hedge. She also talked about her two dogs, Riley and her Chihuahua named Simon.
Here’s an excerpt from the article when asked about any similarities between her and her dogs:
I guess we both like attention and are carefree, especially Riley. When he’s bored with food, he flips the bowl over. If someone served me the same meal over and over, I’d think, ‘Not this shit again’ and flip the plate over, too.
