Is there anything cuter than a bulldog puppy? Pete Wentz is hearing the pitter patter of tiny feet, err, paws with his new puppy, Rigby and oh what a cutie pie she is!

According to People, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz were married this past Saturday evening in an intimate ceremony with an Alice in Wonderland theme.

Simpson, 23, wore an ivory lace wedding gown by Monique Lhuillier as she and Wentz, 28, exchanged vows in front of 150 guests at her parents’ Los Angeles area home.

Dad Joe Simpson performed the non-denominational ceremony, while sister Jessica served as maid of honor. And guess who played the ring-bearer? Wentz’s English bulldog, Hemingway, that’s who! Are you surprised? We’re not, Pete’s dog is such a big part of his life, it’s fitting :)

While Ashlee Simpson carts the cups of Starbucks, boyfriend Pete Wentz handles his English bulldog Hemingway after visiting a pet clinic Sunday in Los Angeles. Hemingway had an ear infection, awwwwwwww poor doggie! :(

Hemingway looks like he’s worn out! :)

RUMOR ALERT: Pete Wentz & Ashlee Simpson Adopting Dogs

The National Enquirer is reporting that Pete Wentz recently revealed to them that he and girlfriend Ashlee, who already share parenting duties for Hemingway, Pete’s English bulldog, plan to adopt a female French bulldog to add to the family.
