Paris Hilton’s love for dogs may just have landed her a new gig to star in another reality show based on pet grooming.

The 27-year old has reportedly signed a deal with Britain’s Living TV channel to broadcast the show, Paris’ Pooches, which will be filmed at a dog’s beauty parlor on London’s Bond Street.

A source told the Sunday Star:

The shop is perfect for Paris. It’s a subject she’s passionate about and it’s a way for her to break into UK TV. Watching Paris act out her Los Angeles lifestyle, in which tiaras for Chihuahuas are of real importance, should be very entertaining and she will no doubt be hitting the clubs and parties over here in the same way she does back home.”

Update: E! Online confirmed this is a rumor after all by contacting the network. The network heard of no such show in the works.

While in Africa with boyfriend Benji Madden, Paris Hilton made this comment:

I love Africa in general. South Africa and West Africa. They are both great countries.”

In light of recent news about Paris Hilton and her many dogs, Life & Style reveals that Paris’ dogs don’t live in the same house as her but rather, in a doggie mansion.

Paris says:

I built a doggy mansion in my backyard that’s a replica of my house. It has a chandelier and the same stairwell and furniture and they live there.”

Would you forget a Prada bag and leave it somewhere? Maybe not but Paris Hilton forgot about her cat named Prada last month and left him at the vet after taking it to be neutered.

As a result, Prada was taken back to the Kris Kelly Foundation, the place where Paris adopted the kitten based on abandonment.

We just spoke to Kris Kelly this evening by email and it was confirmed that Prada was in fact not given back to Paris and instead is in a new loving home now with two dogs.

The Los Angeles Department of Animal Services paid a visit to the home of Paris Hilton yesterday to investigate a complaint about her dogs.

Captain Bowers told TMZ his department received a complaint from an animal rescue group, after Paris’ appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday. On the show, Paris talked about having 17 dogs — a huge no-no in the city of Los Angeles. A non-breeder is only allowed three dogs per address!

The critically panned Hottie and the Nottie star, 27 — who has been in Las Vegas celebrating the launch of her Paris Hilton Collection said:

“I have 17 dogs — lots,” she said. “They all sleep in my bed - well, not all of them, but I let some of them.”

Hilton said she has so many dogs because “they keep having babies, and I feel bad about giving them away.”

When DeGeneres asked Hilton why she didn’t just get the dogs neutered, she said that they all now were “fixed,” but later added, “well, two of them weren’t.”

Huh?
