Singer Mya poses with a homeless dog at the North Shore Animal League America’s Tour For Life homeless pet adoption drive that was held at Venice Beach on April 6th.

Singer/actress and national spokesperson for The North Shore Animal League, Mya Harrison, with a pup named Journey, kicked off the 8th Annual North Shore Animal League’s Tour For Life at the North Shore Animal League America today in Port Washington, New York.

She has a Rottweiler named Rambo who is 8, a 2 year-old German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix named Pepper and another dog named Bear who is 7-months. Her 11-year-old German Shepherd, Rex passed away last year. Mya wrote her own message about the event HERE.

Side Note: Mya will be making her debut in the smash-hit Broadway musical CHICAGO in the shows running from May 12th through July 13th She’ll be center stage as sexy Velma Kelly.
