After nearly a year of dating Weeds star Mary-Louise Parker, Grey’s Anatomy hunk Jeffrey Dean Morgan has confirmed the pair has gone their separate ways — and he tells OK! that the new love in his life is his dog Bisou!

I’ve dated a few actresses and let me tell you, Bisou is much more dependable,” Morgan joked to OK! at the June 25 premiere of his new film Kabluey. “Everywhere I go, she goes. She’s with me 24 hours a day. Of course she doesn’t come to red carpet events with me – yet!”

While Morgan, who occasionally plays Parker’s dead husband on Weeds, has given no specific reason for the break-up, he is quoted as saying, “It just didn’t work out.”
