According to People, Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz were married this past Saturday evening in an intimate ceremony with an Alice in Wonderland theme.
Simpson, 23, wore an ivory lace wedding gown by Monique Lhuillier as she and Wentz, 28, exchanged vows in front of 150 guests at her parents’ Los Angeles area home.
Dad Joe Simpson performed the non-denominational ceremony, while sister Jessica served as maid of honor. And guess who played the ring-bearer? Wentz’s English bulldog, Hemingway, that’s who! Are you surprised? We’re not, Pete’s dog is such a big part of his life, it’s fitting
