Actress Annette Benning and actor Warren Beatty posed with Target’s mascot, Bullseye, at the American Film Institute’s 40th Anniversary celebration in Hollywood yesterday.

The AFI festivities featured 10 classic American films all shown in one night with introductions by the film’s star or filmmaker. The movie list included masterpieces such as Beauty and the Beast, Rocky, Star Wars, The Birds and several others.

Annette Bening was spotted shooting scenes for her new movie The Women yesterday which is currently filming in New York City. Her character must have a dog - we love it!

The movie plot centers on a group of gossipy, high-society women who spend their days at the beauty salon and fashion shows. The sweet, happily-wedded Mary Haines (Meg Ryan) finds her marriage in trouble when shop girl Crystal Allen (Eva Mendez) gets her hooks into Mary’s man. Naturally, this situation becomes the hot talk amongst Mary’s catty friends, especially the scandalmonger Sylvia Fowler (Annette Bening), who has little room to talk - she finds herself on a train to Reno and headed for divorce right after Mary. But with a bit of guts and daring, Mary snatches her man right back from Crystal’s clutches…
