Self magazine has a blog and in today’s post, one of the writers remembers encounters with celebrities and their dogs.

We love this picture of Alicia Silverstone with Sampson, there hasn’t been a candid or any recent pics of them together in a long while. If anyone has a scan of them in a magazine, please send it!

Did You Know: During the filming of Clueless back in 1995, she adopted a raggedy old mutt, whom she found wandering the streets of Los Angeles? This raggedy old mutt was Samson! He doesn’t look so raggedy anymore does he? What a cutie!
