You know that doesn’t surprise me one bit. Granted I don’t know Ashley Tisdale, but she looks like a girl that would carry her dog.
At least she doesn’t carry it in a pink fru fru bag of some sort… that would be funny though!

Her puppy almost looks like a plush toy. Its so little
I am shocked at this photo. Why do you ask? I thought forsure she would have her dog in some fancy dog dress, or wearing little dog shoes. I agree with the first poster who said he was surprised she was not carrying the dog in a pink dog carrier. I though all celebs with small dogs dressed their dogs in dog clothes that were more costly than mine
