Kate Beckinsale with New Puppy Again

Kate Beckinsale visits Cedars-Sinai Medical Center carrying her dog and wearing ripped black jeans. This week Kate was crowned sexiest woman alive by Esquire magazine.

Anyone know the name yet? Haven’t heard from her publicist.
