Comedian Tracy Morgan needed to take a break while walking his dogs August 6, 2009 in Soho, NYC.

I can see why; goshalmighty those dogs are MASSIVE!

Tracy rested while chatting on his cellphone in front of Bath and Body Works and doing some girl people watching.

The writer of this must be tiny because those dogs are not in any way massive.. lol
