 TLC”s reality series nouveau stars Bill Klein and wife Jen Arnold were spotted walking their chihuahua Rocky Monday morning in NYC.

No word yet if their series “The Little Couple” will be picked up for a second season. They’re sure a cute couple and Rocky is adorable!
