Jon Gosselin is grateful for his two German Shepherd pups, Shoka and Nala who seem to be the only ones not judging him these days!
Surrounded by controversy, Jon finds taking care of the two family members a welcome distraction to all the hoopla going on lately. In addition to being the father of eight small children, he’s responsible for brushing, feeding and caring for the two dogs too!
And as welcome a distraction as they are, the pups are still PUPS! Jon says that they’re both “chewers” and that there’s no corner of his wood- framed house that hasn’t been knawed off and replaced by his contractor or waiting to be repaired.  Sigh….I know the feeling!
Jon also says the two are car chasers, which required him to put up fencing around the 3 1/2 mile perimeter of their Pennsylvania property. Yikes, that’s a LOT of fencing!
Oh well…you know how the saying goes: Wall and wood repair: $10,000Â Â Â Fencing: $40,000Â Â Â A Dog’s Loyalty: PRICELESS!!
