Named the world’s oldest dog last year by Guiness World Records, Chanel will be taking a rare trip from her New Jersey home to mingle with her canine buddies at her Manhattan birthday party! She looks like she’s all dressed for the occasion, doesn’t she? Too cute! I wonder what her owner feeds her?
Owner, Long Islander Denice Shaughnessy says Chanel never learned to beg, but is very independent and usually gets her way.
