No, that guy on the left is her new warden husband, Spencer Pratt.

The Hills stars and newlyweds Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were seen having lunch and macking  (when Spencer wasn’t busy staring at his cellphone) yesterday, May 11, 2009 at Il Pastaio restaurant in Beverly Hills, CA.

Looks like Heidi had to borrow someone’s pooch to keep herself company! 

It’s been said that the couple will probably buy a house and a dog before they get pregnant; but we know Spencer has (or had) a retriever named Chance and Heidi had a chihuahua named Bella that she gave away because she said she “hated it”.  Maybe she’s just taking a test run! Let’s hope the same thing doesn’t happen when they do have kids!
