Miley Cyrus is all smiles as she totes her new puppy around in Toluca Lake near her home on her way to have lunch at Paty’s Diner with her boyfriend Justin Gaston and her mom.

Miley is accumulating quite the collection of pups; she’s got 6 of them now!
