The first trailer is out for Disney’s Beverly Hills Chihuahua featuring the voices of Drew Barrymore, Andy Garcia, George Lopez and Salma Hayek.

I just have to wonder whether this is going to be another 101 dalmatians, where everyone sees them in the movie and thinks “Oh how cute, I want one!” then 7 months later dumps them at the pound.

Kelsey-

This has already happened with chihuahuas. If you’ve ever walked through downtown los angeles or the los angeles animal control, everywhere you turn you see a chihuahua or small dog of some sort. They’ve probably figured that since there’s already a boom, they’re safe.
