Burlesque star Dita Von Teese has clashed with animal charity People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals (PETA), after confessing her love for controversial French delicacy foie gras.
The exotic dancer has already been accused of hypocrisy for continuing to eat meat and wear fur, despite her ties to the animal rights organization. And now she has confessed one of her favorite foods is the engorged liver of ducks and geese, telling The New York Times, “My guilty pleasure is eating foie gras in Paris. I feel guilty and horrible about it.”
Her comments have angered PETA. The charity’s media director Michael McGraw released the following statement:
We were aware that Dita is not a vegetarian before working with her, and she has brought much needed attention to an important PETA campaign promoting spaying and neutering of companion animals but foie gras entails some of the cruelest factory farming abuses, which is why most people choose not to eat it. Foie gras is made from the grotesquely enlarged livers of ducks and geese who are cruelly force-fed by pipes that are shoved down their throats every day, pumping up to four pounds of grain and fat into their stomachs. We hope that Dita does the right thing and eliminates foie gras from her diet.”

In several western states, PETA morons actually managed to force their Special Interest Viewpoint down everyone elses throat, in direct opposition to the Constitution of the U.S., and had sanctions put into place that restricted hunting preditor animals like coyotes.
Sure, on the surface of things that sounds all find and dandy.
However, the reality of that Obviously Moronic display of acting without even starting the brain has resulted in more than several unprovoked attacks on children in the more severe drought area’s. Rural family’s having their whole lives turned upside down because of now huge packs of coyotes (numbering from 75 or so up to over 150 per pack) roaming nightly for food to support themselves and eating whatever they come across … Like the family pet dog Max, or several really cute barn cats and whole litters of kittens … Or how about the foal from a Mare that was raised by a 4-H or FFA child for the purpose of selling to be able to raise money for a future college education… Or how about the familys that have came home at night and found what was left of their family pets dismembered and strewn throughout their homes because a hungry pack of coyotes found an open window, or as in most cases like this, they just simply jump right through the window pane Glass just to get to the family pets, and then just like human thugs, destroy the interior of the house tearing up anything that even remotely smells like it Might be food …

Here’s to all of you PETA Sheep followers … Thanks for sticking your noses Out of your CITIES and TOWNS, and into the lives and lifestyles of people you don’t even know, and forcing decisions upon those people that have ABSOLUTELY NO IMPACT ON YOU, other than for you to be able to go home to your Cities and Towns feeling Oh so much better about yourselves because YOU in your blissful IGNORANCE have just done another Selfish, Self Serving, Condesending act that FORCED YOUR PERSONAL OPINION onto others whether they wanted it or not.
