Hopefully, with all the strange weather going on here in Atlanta, a lightening bolt won’t shoot down from the sky, crash through a window and hit me in the head as I sit here with my laptop that’s where? That’s right, on my lap, and knock me out cold today because I’m excited to announce that I’ll be calling into The Kevin & Bean Show this morning.
EEK! I’m so excited and nervous!
As a native Californian, just thinking about being on the show brings back very fond memories for me. So much of who I am is because of where I grew up and even though I love love LOVE Atlanta, I still think Cali is a fantabulous place to live and hello, can you beat all that sunshine anywhere else? Didn’t think so.
I’m putting myself out there and telling you guys so if you want to listen in, you can. KROQ streams live so listen if you can and cross your fingers I don’t make an ass of myself!
I’ve been doing my homework and it looks like Bean is a huge animal lover. He has a really cute bulldog that frequents his blog named Tater Tot. He has other dogs too, and he had steer named Hey (hay/hey, get it?) that passed away this year.
We’re thinking this should be a fun interview because any animal lover in our book is usually, a good person to know. Where Kevin stands on the whole animal loving thing we’re unsure of but we’re going to give him the benefit of the doubt… for now 
Update: I just finished the show, apparently Bean, Ralph and Lisa find the idea of this site and celebrity fascination in general a waste of time and a little misguided – oh well, you can’t win them all. They may not get what we’re all about but our readers do and we still had fun. Their idea of selling celebrity dog chew toys was funny

I missed hearing the show but I love this site! It’s fun and who cares what they think.
if he blogs about his own dog then he should get the fascination. Keep up the good work, I listened to the show and you were funny too, you played along with their joking. I think it was good and I hope more people hear about the site.

I listen to KROQ all the time, I love those guys, I bet they’ll read your site more often and maybe even mention it from time to time. It’s a cute concept and I love animals, dogs especially so I’ll be back.
I didn’t hear the show (I’m in the TX), but I think it’s great that you received some media exposure. I agree with the other posts…they’ll be back.
Bean or Frank or whoever that is that blogs about his dogs, is he a hypocrite or what? I just went and looked at it and he even has a thing on Fridays where people can send in their dogs and he’ll post their picture.
He’s a small time celebrity but doesn’t he get that’s why people probably read HIS blog and send in THEIR photos to him and why HE posts them?
