Here’s some cute Miley Cyrus news. Yesterday, the Hannah Montana star heard that a family friend had lost her Maltese pup named Bunny and she sprang into action to offer a helping hand.

Miley put posters up and rode her bike around the neighborhood to do her own searching. All the hard work led to a happy ending because when she returned, the dog was safe at home thanks to the lurking paparazzi! Who said they’re not helpful?

If Miley ever decides to stop singing and acting, I suppose she could open up a pet detective service, she really likes to reunite owners with their dogs, remember the last pet she saved?
