TMZ has a picture of a pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears (who isn’t looking very pregnant) with a new dog we’ve never seen before leaving a vet’s office in Kentwood, Louisiana.

Poor Jamie, she can’t get any privacy back in her hometown either!
