    Nicole Richie and boyfriend Joel Madden are head-over-heels in love with their daughter Harlow but Foxxy Cleopatra, Nicole’s Pomeranian, isn’t just yet.

    To give Foxxy some pampering, and perhaps a break for herself from the whining, Nicole has sent Foxxy to K9’s Only in Tarzana, CA for spa treatments!
