    Graham Norton

Graham Norton has just been signed to judge the first ever “doggy Oscars”.

Backed by The Sun, the glitzy bash will reward the marvelous mutts who have made a difference to their owners’ lives.

The pets will compete in five categories – four judged by a celebrity panel including BBC’s Graham and Sun columnist Trinny Woodall.

The winner of a Hero Dog Award will be decided by Sun readers online in the next couple of weeks.

Other categories include Triumph Over Adversity, Lifetime Achievement, Quality Of Life awards and the Pickles Award – for a dog finding buried treasure.

Winners will be announced at a star-studded event at London’s Guildhall on February 6th.
