We live in Victoria British Columbia and the spca there kills healthy adoptable young dogs, they do no assess dogs and do not attempt to contact the owner before they kill a dog. They threaten lawsuits if you speak out against it> We wish a celebrity would speak out against the spca, they use celebrities to get donations but they do not follow any laws in killing peoples loved pets. Hope you feel compelled to help in some way. Thank you
