While out at Pier 59 on the 14th of this month in Los Angeles, Amanda Bynes made no bones about carrying this little cutie pie pooch with her. New puppy perhaps?

Update 11/26: According to her publicist, the pup is indeed a tri-colored Cavalier King Spaniel named Charlie!
