Pink threw a party this past weekend at her Sherman Oaks home for PETA president Ingrid Newkirk to celebrate Newkirk’s new book, Let’s Have a Dog Party: 20 Tailwagging Celebrations to Share with Your Best Friend.

Guests included Kevin Nealon, Jorja Fox, Christopher Ameruoso and Bill Maher with around 30 pooches running around Pink and Hart’s backyard. A couple of them even jumped into the pool according to Planet Gossip’s Marc Malkin.

Pink went on to tell Malkin:

This backyard was made for this. I want an animal sanctuary. That’s my dream. I want acres and acres of free dogs, pigs, cows and horses.”

Pink and her husband, Carey Hart, already have four dogs. Pink rescued two of them from a junkyard.

There were seven of them, but we thought they were going to be Saint Bernard’s, so we couldn’t get all seven. I wanted all seven, but Carey said no! So, we got two.”
