Paris is known for her many animals that include dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, and monkeys.</p> <blockquote><p>My animals make me really happy. I just love my pets. I have 11 dogs, 3 ferrets, 2 rabbits, 2 monkeys and three cats,” Hilton says. “The monkeys and ferrets are at my ranch, but the dogs and cats and bunnies run around my house. I have this guy, Eric, who’s like a zoo keeper, and he’s with them all the time. He loves them, and I love them, too. But since I work a lot I’m not always home.</p></blockquote> <p>The star of the now canceled show, <em>Simple Life</em> has been forced to give back a couple of animals that were illegal to keep as pets. In 2005 she bought a kinkajou, which she named Baby Luv, but was forced by California’s animal authorities to get rid of the pet.
