Brooke Burns, once married to Nip Tuck‘s hottie, Julian McMahon, with whom she has a daughter, Madison, left her LA home with wet hair and a new man yesterday.
Her new guy (who looks a little like Julian) and her were seen with this cute, adorable, little, black dog. We’re not sure if this is a puppy is hers or not since both were seen holding the leash.

Update 9/7: Just heard back from Brooke’s publicist. This is Brooke’s dog! His name is named Max and he’s a 1½ years old maltese/poodle-mix.
