    A casual dressed-down Sharon Osbourne shopped at the Malibu Country Mart with her Pomeranian, Minnie.

    Osbourne, 54, was seen having a heated conversation on her gold Motorola cell phone yesterday as she walked with her tiny pooch. The English music promoter is currently appearing on the British Simon Cowell TV show The X Factor - a singing competition for people of all ages.
