Blake Lively (who played Bridget in the movie The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants) is on location in NY for the new CW TV series, Gossip Girl also starring Taylor Momsen and Leighton Meester. We read recently that Blake wanted to get a puppy, could this be the it?
