Country music star Billy Ray Cyrus, and dad to Hannah Montana star, Miley Cyrus was seen picking up his dog’s mess, after it relieved itself during an early morning stroll yesterday.

This comes amid reports that Billy Ray’s dog has been allowed to foul people’s lawns in the multi-million dollar neighborhood that he lives. Cyrus, who used a black bag to clean everything up, insists however, that he is fanatical about curbing his dog.

WTG Billy! No one likes another dog’s crap in their yard. Gimme some of those black bags so I can give some to the lady up the street from my house *cough*
