Is this her dog? Is there even a dog inside the carrier? Vanessa Minnillo and her man Nick Lachey arrived at LAX on July 18th and we did a double-take over the Gucci dog carrier slung across Vanessa’s arm. We didn’t even know she had a dog! Or maybe, this isn’t even her dog! Who knows!

We’ve had this picture for a while now but we’re waiting to hear back from her publicist for an answer. Hopefully we’ll update this post soon with some info on the mystery pup in the costly carrier.

Update 9/3: Vanessa’s dog is named Wookie!
