Biel is often snapped by the paps while walking her dogs but yesterday, she didn’t look like she was in the mood!

Dressed down but cute, she still worked it in flip flops, jeans and a tank to show off those fit arms of hers.

Damn, every time I see her, I feel the urge to hit the gym.
