This might be news to some of you. Last year, Oprah’s neighbors in Chicago caused a fuss because they feared her dogs would cause a problem in their condo building.

Apparently the dogs weren’t causing problems but her neighbors were complaining because they were worried that her dogs might cause problems in the future! There is a one-pet-per-unit policy for the condo owners however Oprah owns four units and never stays in the condo with more than two of her six dogs.

The building manager came to Oprah’s defense saying:

“There is a one-pet-per-unit policy, but Oprah owns four units. She is never here with more than two dogs, and she is as quiet as a mouse. If any of the residents have any questions, they can come and ask me what the rules are.”

Anyone else think Oprah’s neighbors need to loosen up and enjoy a bit of canine companionship for themselves?
