Jake Gyllenhaal: His Animals Keep Him Centered

In the March 12th issue of OK! magazine, Jake Gyllenhaal talked about his two dogs, his German Shepherd, Atticus and his Puggle, Boo. Here’s what he had to say:

I love animals. I’ve learned to so much from all of the animals I have. Having animals centers me all the time. Like having a little puppy lying on your chest, and he’s breathing – that’s definitely centered.”
