The NY Dog Magazine: Tara Conner – Miss USA

As reported earlier, Tara Conner, in addition to her second chance at retaining her crown, was also able to still make the cover of The New York Dog magazine’s first glamour issue, on newsstands this month.

She looks really good and I hope her second chance is the start of a new beginning for her.
