Lindsay Lohan Buys Two Puppies with Friend

On February 18th, Lindsay Lohan was spotted with a friend at the pet store in the Beverly Center where two puppies were purchased, a Yorkie and another small dog. X17 has video of Lindsay kissing the other small dog too!
