A sad and broken-hearted Lily Allen is flying back from her Caribbean Christmas break to look for stolen mutt Maggie May.
And devastated dog-walker Jeremy Goodman, whose van the pedigree pooch was pinched from, is offering a reward for the English bull terrier…
Jeremy told the Mirror, “I’m prepared to offer a reward. I just want her back. Distressed isn’t even the word, it feels like I’ve lost a child.
“I’m beside myself. I’ve been everywhere to look for her, I’ve put up posters.
“All I’ve got to say to whoever’s taken her is give her back.
“I’ve spoken to Lily and she’s very upset. She’s even cut short her holiday in Jamaica because she wants to come back and look for her.”
Jeremy was preparing to take the pet over to a pal of Lily’s house when she was nabbed from his van outside his house in Forest Gate, East London, on Thursday.
He explains: “The odd thing is that there were two other pedigree dogs in the van but the thief just targeted Maggie.”
