It took us a week to get this post together but it was worth the work. We’re huge fans of Adrien Brody (for his looks and his acting) and of course, for his love of dogs, two in particular, his Chihuahua’s, Ceelo and Lolly. We were hoping to find a recent sighting of him with the two but to no avail (and there is rumor that he doesnt’ have the dogs anymore) BUT we’ve compiled some pics and news about Adrien and his pups! Read on!

-Ceelo’s name comes from an East Coast dice game

-Adrien was featured on the cover of Paw Luxuries with Ceelo:

-It was rumored that Ceelo and Lolly are brother and sister but they’re not and there was hopes of the two being a mom and dad to a litter of pups at one time.

-Adrien supports Noah’s Wish - a non-profit organization dedicated to aiding the relief of animal disaster victims.

-When he returned from Hong Kong after being gone for four months filming King Kong with Naomi Watts he said this, “When my dog saw me he was a little shocked,” Brody says of his white chihuahua, Ceelo. “He didn’t know me at first, then when I got into bed he kissed me for an hour straight and cried. He’s adorable, an incredible creature.”

-Adrien brought Ceelo to The Ellen Degeneres Show. We missed this but thankfully, there is YouTube. On the show, Ellen, gave Ceelo a doggie tee that said, “I’m not Tinkerbell” and Adrien a tee that said “Ceelo’s Daddy”.

-Ceelo, also known as Ceelo Vicious peed on William Hurt at a launch party for the cast of The Village. Apparently, Hurt was pretty good-natured about it, and finished the rest of the lunch in his underwear, as his soiled trousers were packed off to the cleaners.

-It hasn’t been confirmed but it’s rumored that Adrien might not have Ceelo anymore once he broke up with ex-girlfriend, Michelle Dupont. His new girlfriend is Spanish actress Elsa Pataky best known for her role in Snakes on Planes. They’ve been spotted walking a Golden Retriever lately. The dog is rumored to be Elsa’s and she recently said in her off-time, “I get my dog and Rollerblade on the beach up to Malibu.”
