Recent Star Jones news says the former co-host of The View plans to sue a tabloid for alleging that her husband is gay.

Bob Chapman, lawyer for Jones and husband Al Reynolds, said, “While Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds believe that everyone should be free to make their own choice concerning sexual preference and that there is nothing wrong with being gay, you have nonetheless chosen to falsely state that Mr. Reynolds is gay,” reads the letter.

Chapman claims the article caused “grave damage” to the reputations of Jones and Reynolds “both publicly and privately.”

Rumours about Reynolds’ sexual orientation have dogged the couple since they went public with their relationship.
