Television personality, dog psychologist and star of “The Dog Whisperer”, Cesar Millan and one of his dog’s, Daddy were spotted at the 58th Annual Creative Arts Emmy Awards. I don’t watch the show but I saw him once on Oprah to help her with her dog and he was so cute on there! He was a big fan of Oprah’s and it showed.

Technically, Cesar Millan does not own Daddy. Redman, the rap artist does, but Daddy stays with Cesar when Redman is on the road, which is often, by the looks of it.
